The Translations of holy Qur’an in different languages

The Holy Qur’an has been translated into more than 114 languages of various different countries of the world. Although this number is less when compared to the translations of bible into other languages, it should be noted that the Holy Qur’an is the most untranslatable book in this world. It is very difficult to accurately translate, and near to impossible to translate the entire message of Holy Qur’an into any other language. This is because the language of the Holy Qur’an is so eloquent, so miraculous, unsurpassable, intelligible, rheotoric at the same time very very rythemic. Due to this, it becomes very difficult to translate it “as it is” into any other language. Also in arabic, a single word would have multiple meanings, thus making it all the more tough.

However, even after such difficulty, many scholars of the Holy Qur’an have spent their lives translating this mighty message of Allah (swt) and have been quite successful in doing so, definitely with the will of Allah (swt). Now out of these many translations, only few have been available on the internet. We pray that more and more different translations become available online.

Here are the Translations of Holy Qur’an in various languages available online:

On the homepage, you will see on the right hand side, the banner to go directly to Quran site. We were actually renovating the site, hence it was not available for a while.

    I am a confused muslim.
I don’t understand Islam and Allah and for that matter any other religion. Why does Allah created us and want us to follow him? If nothing can happen without Allah’s will then how come bad things are happening in the world(innocent people killed, earthquakes, robbery, murders)? Why does Allah want us to pray for him? If Allah is almighty then why can’t he change the minds of non-believers(like me) to follow is teachings? Who wrote Quran? People say we should read Quran, but I don’t read because I don’t understand what they are talking about? I don’t want any prophet/person/book to tell me how to live my life, what is good and what is bad? If I do good things, then its all due to Allah’s will, but what when I do wrong things?

If anybody can answer by queries, then it may help me in understanding Islam.
