This week in our Weekly talks, Brother Abdul Lateef, founder of “ILM”, gave a presentation on “Muslims contribution to Science” along with digital presentation. He explained how Muslims were the people who made many discoveries in the field of science, but unfortunately their names were wiped off from the front pages of scientific books. He also said it is important for every Muslim to know about these Muslim scientists in order to boost the moral of Muslim students. He asserted that Muslim Ummah essentially had great thinkers and researchers in the past and how it is important to identify this talent.
Brother Abdul Lateef runs an NGO by the name “ILM”, aiming to make Muslims realize their hidden Talents in the form of thinkers and researchers. Professionally, he is working in Merchant Navy in India.
